It depends a lot on you, because there are many genres.
But personally I really like re:zero, assassination classroom and one of the ones that everyone recommends full metal alchemist, those could help you to start and see what kind of anime you like the most.

Kaiju No. 8, Claymore, Berserk, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, I'd recommend starting with those. Naruto if you wan't to keep busy for a fat minute.
