When I work or study, I listen to a lot of jungle or drum and bass.

If you search on YouTube for "atmospheric drum and bass" or "intelligent drum and bass" you will find several sets lasting more than 1 hour.

Depends on the work. If it's something repeatable, I'd listen to whatever. If it's something the requires mid-level concentration, than anything instrumental. If it's something really challenging I turn off the music.

If you’re looking for music to really focus with, I’d highly recommend diving into the smooth, electrifying sounds of 70s-80s Japanese Funk Jazz and Japanese Jazz Fusion. Trust me, it’s the perfect blend of groove and focus—ideal for getting into the zone!

depends on many things for me, like mood, weather, what i am working on and where... i'd generally go for post-rock though, some random jazz does the job of getting me focused too some days.
