Is it fresh or old?

They come from a file MD.csv that was put together in 2021 (along with AZ.csv, NY.csv, and OH.csv files). That MD.csv file appears to have been taken directly from a giant "payday loan" file from 2016, that appears to have been put together from "leads" files from 2012 and earlier.

I haven't investigated in detail, but given that it appears these come from leads files, that would suggest the SSNs and drivers licenses were faked.
