Hi All:
Hope all is well at your end. I am unable to send messages to unknown contacts on Telegram. I even asked Telegram Spam Bot to uplift my restriction but still can't send messages to unknown contacts.I never send unsolicited/advertisement/promotional messages but still can't send messages to unknown contacts.
I tried updating my account to premium but since I am using Telegram over VPN, I was unable to do so. How can this ban be lifted, please advice.

Its been more than a month of my account ban ! yet no response from their team.
Tried to contact them over mail, tweeter ... still
