Today I have uploaded the Lyca Mobile database for you to download, thanks for reading and enjoy!

The data was obtained in February 2025 using a retailer access, after they disabled the DevTool on their retailer panel and limited concurrent connections to their database.
I generated the range of phone numbers for Lyca Mobile and started scraping. After 9 days of scraping, my VPS had to reboot for an unknown reason and I am lazy to wait for all the range of phone numbers to be scraped. The stolen data impacted over 1,5M users, including 437k unique e-mail addresses.
Compromised data: MOBILENUMBER, PUK1, ICCID, IMSI, IMSI2, HLR,  EMAIL, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, REGISTRATION_DATE

Had to use a parser to get rid of the single quote at the end of each line. Otherwise it was not a valid JSON file. Easy to read with notepad though, but to anyone downloading it you could use a python script to make it like a normal csv file as it would be more convenient.

You're right. Anyone can just use the "replace all" option inside windows notepad and erase all the quotes tho.

All the data has been retained the original file is a JSON file which is much larger my version is a cleaned up one removed some duplicate records and also convert into a CSV format so it is easier to read,
