TBH this looks like a random assortment of UFO lore files, like the Majestic Documents, the burn memorandum and such. Maybe there's something interesting in there but I doubt this is a true leak from a US Government facility.

All those documents are on internet, there is a thing called "search engine" and it take a little effort to learn how to use it. It seems you're kinda new in this field and users here often use terms like "Leak" just to get attention or claims that they breached a big company but in reality they are just reposing old leaks.
