While useful, the location data is basically unusable in this file. The state in particular is just Alabama for basically everyone no matter what country they are in, probably some default dropdown that doesn't get removed when the person signs up in a different country. There are rows where the city, state, and country are all different places. I'm not trying to be ungrateful, this likely is the way the data came (though, I would bet that you the person who uploaded the xls file to Google didn't uncheck "automatically convert columns". I know because I screw this up all the time and it ruins all zipcodes with leading 0s because Google drops the zeros and it's not just a display thing that can be fixed by changing the format to text. That data is just lost.

Anyway, still a useful file. But anyone who was hoping to use this information in relation to the person's location is going to have a lot of false positives.
