If anyone ever figures out what algorithm these password hashes use, please message me with some hash:plaintext pairs. I have heard several reports this is PeopleSoft but have never seen any evidence. FWIW the bcrypt hashes in the 2014 leak also seem to be uncrackable, so it's plausible that they just used a pepper or something.
