I'll read this then edit my reply to tell what I think about this.

Edit : Good guide but you can have a phone with a sim all you need to do is make sure it dose not come in contact with anything if you wanna use the sim functions use it in a park and don't just go to the same park and when you activate it do it at a park or any place that has free wifi to activate it AND if you do take said device home you can tin foil wrap the device or put it in something that will block it from sending anything and keep it away from anything that you use like a phone that you use laptops or even wifi you don't know if this device can talk to any other device and as for using windows as a main os make sure you REMOVE ALL Microsoft things this can be installing a modded windows ISO that has all windows tracking shit gone or you do it yourself by watching a youtube video but if you really wanna be safe just use qubes and if you wanna use windows for gaming just get a 2nd hard drive also don't brag and don't tell people even if they are your friends feds love to lie to people and say they can get jail time if they don't give up info just keep it all to yourself and anything that you but suck as fake money don't flex and same goes with carding just tell people you work in IT or sum.
