It's worth checking out. I personally feel extortion is kind of ... one of the riskiest ways to make money black-hatting. Very high ratio of pissed-off mark to money. Unless they are super-rich and you've got vid of them jacking it to CP. But even them, they might decide to just say it was deepfaked - you RATSed them, got video of them playing Counter-strike and deepfaked it.

I'm a bit worried about the traceability of your ideas. Sending people stuff in the mail, like free UPS boxes. That needs real world action and going to places with CCTV. This sounds like a good way to get caught for not much money.
