I searched the entire forum, but most of the links are no longer valid, and what I collected is only a crumb from the entire ocean that was here. I kindly ask, if anyone can, to compile an archive of Russian/Belarusian/Kazakh and similar databases and their services, if possible. I understand that the purchase will be beyond my means, I hope for well-wishers who can provide me with a pack. I am incredibly grateful in advance to everyone who can share some.
