Why i'm not getting BF coins?

I've been an active user just helping other users in the community with their questions, like in the thread below this, and BF isn't giving me coins for being active without spam.
My account was tested with the mining test, and I don't know why I can't reach the coins.
Can anyone explain to me?

I have the same problem , that i’m not getting any coins and i don’t how to get it
