My car sits outside all day, no covered parking, and the paint is already showing the effects of sun and dust. I've been quoted for ceramic coating and I'm trying to work out whether it's genuinely worth it in these conditions or if it's one of those things that only makes sense for garaged cars. I'm in Musaffah so I've been looking into Premium ceramic coating in Musaffah, but I want to understand what it actually protects against. Does it stop the sun damage, or just make washing easier? And how long does it actually last here before it needs redoing? I'd rather know what I'm paying for than assume it's some miracle product. Also, does it need any special maintenance to keep it working, or is it a case of fit and forget?
