Out of curiosity I wanted to ask how does the credit system work here?
When I transact something for X amount of credits does the credits get transferred to the person who was selling it?
Or it gets removed?

I am not sure but it could be transferred to the person. If not why they put the amount.

Neat one other doubt i have is if i buy VIP do i keep getting +30 credits after some time interval? and why is the reputation +10/-10 thats confusing

No you only receive 30 credits once and the +10/-10 rep means that you can give or minus up to 10 reps from each user.
