Might seem like a skiddy post but I've been genuinely wondering this for a long time.
I've seen people flopping around government emails as if it werent a crime to be using one for malicious purposes.
How do people get government emails and maintain access to them without the owner of the account finding out, even while
EDRing people or getting admin panels, or getting credits on OSINT websites??
