The target of this thread is do a compilation of the best wifi pentesting* tools for this year 2025. You need to put the PROS and CONS.
I start first so, I decided for a ESP32 for do deauth, clone the portal and get the credentials with the client interaction (introducing the credentials in the fake portal).
- PROS, easy to use and you only need one device for example an M5Stickc plus 2 with nemo firmware.
- CONS, the m5stickc plus 2, not support for the new 5GHz networks, if the acces point have 2 WIFI networks (2,4Ghz and 5GHz), if the user have the 2 WIFI saved, he connect automatically to the 5GHz network.
